He’s an advocacy expert in representing companies before the following agencies: Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Chemical Safety Board, Dept of Agriculture...etc. He also advised on compliance management programs, press and proposed regulations in response to high profile industrial accidents.
